Cancellation Policy

Standard Cancellations

We understand plans change. If you need to cancel your kayak rental reservation, the following policy applies:

• More than 24 hours before your rental: Full refund issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Within 24 hours of your rental: No refund is provided. You may reschedule to a future available date at no additional cost.
• No-shows: The full rental amount is forfeited with no option for refund or rescheduling.

Weather-Related Cancellations

Your safety is our top priority. We actively monitor weather and water conditions. If we determine conditions are unsafe (high winds, thunderstorms, poor visibility, or water quality advisories), we will cancel your rental and contact you as soon as possible.

In the event of a weather cancellation initiated by Kayak Adventurez, you have two options:

• Reschedule to a future available date at no charge.
• Receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

To cancel or reschedule your reservation, please reach out through the booking section of our website and include your booking reference and requested changes. We process all requests in the order they are received.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive at the scheduled launch time. If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, we reserve the right to mark your reservation as a no-show. If you are running late, contact us as soon as possible — we will do our best to accommodate you if capacity allows.
