By booking a kayak rental with Kayak Adventurez, you agree to these Terms of Service. All rentals are subject to availability and weather conditions. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule rentals due to unsafe conditions including high winds, thunderstorms, or water hazards.
Renters must be at least 18 years old to sign the rental agreement. Minors (under 18) may paddle with a parent or legal guardian present. All participants must wear a provided personal flotation device (PFD) at all times while on the water. A valid government-issued ID is required at pickup.
Kayaking involves inherent risks including but not limited to capsizing, collisions, sun exposure, and changing water conditions. By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with kayaking. Kayak Adventurez, its owners, and staff are not liable for injury, loss, or damage to personal property except where caused by gross negligence.
Renters are responsible for the proper use and care of all rented equipment including kayaks, paddles, and PFDs. Damage caused by negligence, reckless behavior, or failure to follow instructions is the financial responsibility of the renter. Lost or stolen equipment must be reported immediately.
All rentals are priced at $12 per hour per person. Payment is collected at the time of booking through our secure online system. Prices are subject to change without notice; however, confirmed bookings will be honored at the rate in effect at the time of confirmation.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled rental time receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are not eligible for a refund. No-shows forfeit the full rental amount. If we cancel due to weather or safety concerns, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Consumption of alcohol or controlled substances before or during kayak rentals is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who appears to be under the influence without refund.
